Founded by David’s father over 72 years ago, this family-owned business has been a leader in providing kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring solutions. Today, the business is still operating under the leadership of David’s son, continuing to work with major suppliers across Florida.

A construction company founded by David’s father in 1952, specializing in both interior and exterior renovations. The company completed a wide range of projects throughout Rochester, NY, with notable clients such as the Rochester Housing Authority. This venture helped David gain valuable experience in both the public and private sectors of construction. David expanded into the kitchen manufacturing industry by investing in Cartel Kitchens in St. Petersburg, Florida. This company grew into a 25,000-square-foot plant that handled large-scale kitchen, bath, flooring, and room addition projects, with David managing concurrent jobs for both residential and commercial clients.
Mini-Storage Development Projects
In Pasco County, Florida, David successfully developed and sold over 1,000 mini-storage units, which marked his first major financial success, earning over $1.3 million.
