Early Beginnings in Real Estate
At age 16, David started flipping houses with his cousin while working at his family business, Rochester Linoleum and Tile, and managing apartment units near Eastman Kodak.
Expanding into Florida
Relocated to St. Petersburg, Florida, where he invested in Cartel Kitchens, growing it into a 25,000-square-foot kitchen manufacturing plant and started property restorations for All State Insurance.
Land Development Success
David built and sold over 1,000 mini-storage units in Pasco County, Florida, and revitalized the Brentwood development in Tampa, turning it into a thriving community.
Continued Investments and Family Business Growth
David returned to New York while maintaining Florida investments, purchasing condos and expanding the family business, Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath Inc., now managed by his son and brother.
