Safeguarding Your Investment: Our Downside Protection Plan

The plan involves refinancing the property under David’s management responsibility, which will optimize the asset's value and secure more favorable financing terms.

Following the refinance, the property will be transitioned to an Airbnb model, enhancing cash flow through short-term rental income. This provides investors with a consistent income stream, while the property’s value is protected.

In the event of unfavorable market conditions, the rental income from Airbnb will be used to cover carrying costs, minimizing investor risk. Investor Exit

Full Investment Exit: If an investor initially commits 100% of the capital and decides to exit the investment, they will receive 85% of their invested amount. A 15% penalty will be applied to account for early withdrawal, as this helps to mitigate potential disruptions to the investment strategy and ensure the stability of the project.

This penalty is designed to protect the long-term viability of the investment while allowing flexibility for investors who may need to exit earlier than anticipated. The penalty ensures that those who remain invested can continue to benefit from the strategic plan and expected returns.
